Professional Experience

Lawyer who, since 2006, has participated in some of the most emblematic disputes in the country, both in commercial and contractual disputes, transnational corporate disputes, hostile takeovers, investment and infrastructure arbitrations, structured transactions in insolvency environments, and credit recovery.

Among his main clients are or have been investment banks and multiple banks, brokerages, investment funds, telecommunications companies, asset managers, energy generation and distribution companies, oil companies, construction companies, retail groups, insurance brokers, insurers, public service providers, among others.

He has distinguished performance before domestic and international arbitration courts organized under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration – LCIA, International Chamber of Commerce – ICC, FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration, São Paulo Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration – FIESP, Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA, Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada – CCBC and the Market Arbitration Chamber – CAM.
